With a new position, I have switched up my bag. I have found what works and what doesn’t. Sometimes I try to create too many organizers for myself. Yes, it’s possible to be OVER organized. With my work bag I’ve simplified the bag and what’s inside. I also have a bag that I typically wouldn’t use unless I was going to the beach, but it works!

Why hello there and welcome to another post here on the blog. This post is a little different and I want to share what I carry in my work bag. I mentioned back in July that I had quit my job of 6 years with no backup plan and thankfully since then I have landed another position. I am in the office 3 days a week, cheers to that, but still in all there’s essentials I need to have with me in order to function.

I love watching videos on what people have in their bags and here on my blog, every now and then, I like to share. The bag that I used last season was either my cobalt blue or orange ‘Savant’ bag from JustFab. I’ve featured those bags in previous posts which you can find HERE. It’s been a year since I’ve posted a What’s In My Bag. When I started my Fashion Forward Friday Series it was the first installment (Click HERE for that). Well, I love sharing what’s in my bag and when looking at my initial post, the contents are pretty much the same. I thought I’d still share anyway.
The purse that I am currently using is a Liz Claiborne Drawstring Bucket Bag from JCPenny. I posted it in my ‘Happy HAULidays’ post (Click HERE for that), I got my bag in black which is what I needed, an everyday black bag.
No need to go in depth with everything as most of what’s in my bag are self-explanatory,.I will say, I always need to have pens and paper to jot down blogging ideas and other thoughts I have throughout the day. I prefer to write than take notes in my phone.
Looking closer into my ‘lippie bag’, I chose to uses clear bag from one of my bag sets so I could see everything. I have a mirror, translucent powder, a brush, and mascara. I use the translucent powered to make the OCC lip tar stay on longer. As for my three lip colors (click the links to lead directly to product):
I will be doing a review on both the OCC and Tarte lippies that I received in the Sephora, ‘Give Me More Lip, set. Stay tuned for that,
Usually there’s more junk such as lose papers and what not, but since I just got the bag and I’ve been using it for less than a month it’s pretty clean.
