Summer is in full swing and I am determined to stay on track with my workouts and healthy eating. This is not just a fad or some diet that I’m on. It’s changing my lifestyle simply so I feel and look better. In this post I’ll be sharing a glimpse of what I eat in a day. I work 8 hours out of the day and being stagnant could lead to poor food choices.
