Tracking my Anxiety and Migraines

May is Mental Health Awareness month so what better time than now than to share how I track my anxiety. There are many different ways that people do it. For me, I’ve begun tracking it on pen and paper in my planner. It’s been working thus far and I’ve been able to pinpoint when it happens and really monitor it as best I can.

Planning In My Ring Planner

Cheers to another blog post. I’ve finally figured out a schedule. I will have a planner related post to share with you all every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Of course I’ll have other post sprinkled in here and there, especially my Sound Off series. I hope you all stay tuned and if you have any particular requests, just leave a comment.

I previously shared a flip through of my ring planner and I wanted to share how I plan. This is not like my Happy Planner in which I had an overload of stickers. This is a bit more simple with decorative touches.

2018 Planner Lineup

Let the planning commence! I am officially back on my game (after a depressing loss for my Steelers). Well, I haven’t stopped planning, but I haven’t been sharing much on the blog since my Christmas set up in my traveler’s notebook. We’re halfway through January so what better time to share my planning systems for 2018. 2017 I had a lot of planners that I was planning to use, but ultimately I didn’t end the year with any of them. I feel like I’ve finally found planner peace with my current planner. Enough rambling, let’s get to it.

Plan With Me: B6 Traveler’s Notebook

November already? I wanted to share a spread of how I’m currently planning. I’m using a B6 traveler’s notebook filled with 3 mini journals (lined/dot grid/grid) and other goodies. The one I use for weekly planning is a lined journal that can be found anywhere. With stickers, washi, and my handy dandy pens, I turned bland into grand (cheesy, I know).

B6 Traveler’s Notebook Flip Through

I’ve cheated on my Happy Planner and I’ve officially switched to a traveler’s notebook. I still love the discbound system, but the size of the classic Happy Planner does not work for daily use. I needed something compact and something that works for everything. I wanted a central location to plan and journal. I am no traveler’s notebook guru, but I’ve finally found a system that works. Forget the pretty planning. I’ve found functional planner peace.

Dashboards for Any Planner

Cheers to the weekend and another post on the blog. I am no stranger to sharing my planner obsession. I am a strong believer in writing things down and most importantly, getting them done. I use stickers, colorful pens, etc. to draw attention to certain moments of a day. Of course, that’s not needed. I will say that the more decorative my planner is the more I use it. This post is all about making inexpensive dashboards for your planner with materials you may already have.
