Plan With Me | Beauty and the Beast Theme

Tale as old as time. Song as old as rhyme. Beauty and the Beast.

It’s that time of year. Yet another Disney classic has been turned into a human adaptation. This time around, it’s Beauty and the Beasy featuring Hermione Granger. I mean, Emma Watson as Belle.

I wanted to do a different type of plan with me which I’ve never done before and I was able to find Beauty and the Beast stickers at my local craft store for just $1. Since these are 3D stickers and I want to keep my planner functional I’ll be sharing not just my planner spread, but a dashboard and a paper clip DIY as well.

Decorate Your Planner | March 2017

Welcome to another post here on the blog. In this post I’ll be sharing how I decorated the monthly and notes page in my Happy Planner. It’s never too late to start planning. Some people may thing, why a planner when everything is digital? For me, there’s nothing like a pen and paper and decorative planning has become very therapeutic for me. For my monthly and notes pages I have design them to correlate with the holiday/season. This time around, it’s a lot of green for St. Patrick’s Day. Am I Irish? No. I can still have my planner correlate, right?

Plan With Me | Valentine’s Week

Cheers to another blog post. This post is my official Valentine’s week spread. I don’t make a plan with me every single week, but for a special occasion like this plus I have a busy week, it’s worth documenting. I decided to stick to a sticker sheet that I found at Hobby Lobby and pull in other tid bits here and there. I don’t have a Valentine’s Etsy kit to use this time around so this will do.

Plan With Me | Super Bowl Week

Cheers to another football themed plan with me and my last football anything until the fall. Although my team is not in the Super Bowl (forever #SteelerNation), I couldn’t resist creating a themed spread for the week. I’ve created 5 in the past so it was challenging to create another one completely different from my previous ones. Not too shabby for my 6th time.

Dollar Planning + January Recap

And just like that, January has come and gone. I wanted to share some tips, as I usually do, for my new planners out there. Planning does not need to be expensive and you can still create gorgeous planner spreads for just $1. That’s right, $1. Be sure to check out my entire Planning for Beginners series here. I also wanted to share my January recap of all my planner spreads for the month from my favorite to least favorite plus what worked and what didn’t work.

Plan With Me | Snow Queen

Welcome to another Plan With Me here on the blog. This is a special one because it’s featuring a full Etsy kit. I won a giveaway on Instagram from the Etsy shop JuJuAllOver and the mini kit I chose was titled Snow Queen. I didn’t want to wait to use the kit so I picked one that fit with the season. Her customer service is amazing and while I wasn’t sure about this kit once I started planning, I love how it turned out.

Plan With Me | Finding Dory

Welcome to another post here on the blog. This post is majorly delayed, but let’s get to it. I’m a planner, it’s clear to see by the content here on the blog. This week I created a spread centered around Finding Dory. I plan to do one for Inside Out as well, but this one couldn’t wait.

Plan With Me: January 4th-10th

Welcome to my first official plan with me of 2016. I’m adding a lot of content to the blog this year with the goal of monthly themes. This month is all about focusing on cleansing the mind, body, and spirit. I’m decluttering areas around me and getting focused and back on track. I’ve started my declutter series and my Motivational Monday series will be starting back next monday which I can’t wait to share. Thanks in advance to all the readers/followers. I really hope you enjoy the content coming your way.

Last week was New Years week and I used printables for my spread. I added in some sticky notes that I purchased from Target along with a few icon stickers. If you are beginning to plan, Target has really stepped up their game as far as catering to the ever growing planner community. Check out my full spread from last week below:

As for this week I didn’t really have a theme. I just filled out the middle section with pre-cut scrapbook paper. The brown really worked well with the bottom. I then went into my sticker binder to see what stickers I could use to make this layout work. I knew there were things I wanted to get done this week from a general list to daily tasks.

For 2016 I plan on using my planner in three general sections, but the middle section switches up depending on the week. Sometimes its to do while other times it marks appointments I may have. It could switch up, but I definitely enjoy the three different sections. Take a closer look at my layout, before the ink, below:

Aside from the checklists, football stickers, weekend banner, and trash cans, everything else is a sticky note. I incorporated a lot of the sticky notes from Target this week to mark my blog posts and Monday/Tuesday marks my TV shows. I’ve been enjoying the simplicity of the post-it notes. They’re great if you don’t have headers and you can layer any type of sticker on top.

This layout is definitely one of my simpler layouts, but this layout shows that you don’t necessarily need Etsy stickers to make the planner work. You can use different colored pens and sticky notes to create a spread. I used fewer Etsy stickers in this spread then I have previously, but I’ve been enjoying using the sticky notes I’ve been hoarding from Target. Plan With Me: November 30th-December 6th

Christmas time, Christmas time, CHRISTMAS TIME IS HERE! I love the holiday season, but I’m overly obsessed with Christmas. From the lights to the decorations, I love it all.  Below is the full look of my Thanksgiving week spread from last week. Click the pic for sticker links.

In this plan with me I did a cookie theme. I was debating on whether I wanted to incorporate gingerbreads, but that will be an entirely different theme in itself. I decided mix and match stickers from 3 Darice sticker books: ‘Cookie Exchange,’ ‘Santa’s Soda Fountain,’ and ‘Santa’s Favorites.’ ‘Santa’s Favorites’ really centered around gingerbreads so I ended up primarily using ‘Cookie Exchange.’

I like to mark my Instagram posts and I didn’t really have much space to do so in the bottom section so I made use of the sidebar and put Monday through Friday there. For Saturday and Sunday I found spaces in the boxes.

The Christmas countdown was purchased from Fabulously Planned. This particular  one just comes with the numbers so I layered the sticker with a Lillie Henry sticker. I love the color variation of the stickers, but they’re too long for the width of the box.

I more and likely will be adding more stickers throughout the week I’m just unsure where to add. I also tried to play around with adding washi to the bottom, but I don’t have any to fit my theme so I’ll just leave it as is.  Below are links to the stickers/washi used along with my latest plan with me video. Enjoy!
