Pre-Planning in my Happy Planner

I currently am not using my happy planner for weekly planning, but I did use it earlier this year. My switch from the Happy Planner to a traveler’s notebook was simply that I didn’t need all the space that was in a Happy Planner. I’m a planner, but a running to do list of what I need to get done in general works better overall for me than planning daily. Still in all, I have plenty of pre-planning tips to share that will work for any planner.

Memory Planning | Ticket Stubs

Cheers to memory planning, but really cheers to me organizing what I’ve accumulated over the years. I had to take a step back from my memory  planner because I had way more than I thought. Talk about overwhelming! I’ll admit, I’m that person that takes everything out, tries to organize, gets frustrated, and quits. It takes time to organize or sort anything and I went from thinking I hadn’t saved enough to maybe I saved too much. A quick and easy page that I recently did was creating a spread for the movie tickets I’ve accumulated.

Memory Planning in My Happy Planner

I have a bin full of memories that I’ve accumulated over the years. Some I have from important events in my life such as prom, High School graduation, and my college graduation. I love to save cards, tickets, pictures, and other odds and ends. As I am purging my oversized memory box, my goal is to consolidate what I plan on keeping into one central location. I could create a scrapbook, but I wanted something more flexible which is why I decided to go with the Me & My Big Ideas BIG Happy Planner.

Multiple Planner Set Up

Hi my name is Lakia and I use more than one planner. Do I need to use more than one planner? Of course not. Why not consolidate everything into one location. Well, maybe next year I will. I went through 2015 and 2016 with one planner and I and a notebook for all of my blog ideas. In this post I’ll be sharing  I now have three planners that I use on a regular.

Plan With Me | Beauty and the Beast Theme

Tale as old as time. Song as old as rhyme. Beauty and the Beast.

It’s that time of year. Yet another Disney classic has been turned into a human adaptation. This time around, it’s Beauty and the Beasy featuring Hermione Granger. I mean, Emma Watson as Belle.

I wanted to do a different type of plan with me which I’ve never done before and I was able to find Beauty and the Beast stickers at my local craft store for just $1. Since these are 3D stickers and I want to keep my planner functional I’ll be sharing not just my planner spread, but a dashboard and a paper clip DIY as well.

Work Planner Set Up

Welcome to another post here on the blog. I wanted to share with you all how I merged together two planners to create my work planer. Another planner added to my 2017 planner rotation? Yup. Well for good reason. Instead of going out and buying a 6 ring planner from Michaels, which I really wanted, I took a planner I wasn’t using and added leftovers from a system I previously used.
