New Happy Planner Sticker Books – Flip Throughs + Review

Happy Planner releases stickers and planners  like clockwork and I get sucked in every time. There are some items I can do without, like a bazillion planners, but I’m a sucker for a good sticker book. Out of all the sticker books they released there were two that stood out to me. So instead of just showing you the sticker books, I had to give a full review.

As always, be sure to click the links throughout this post for related posts and links to purchase items/similar styles featured.

First up is the Household Value Sticker pack. This sticker book has a mix of clear and paper stickers. You get a mix of everything from chores to meal planning, even bill pay. What stood out to me in this sticker book were the clear stickers. They were in the Super Mom sticker book, which I’ve gotten a lot of use out of even though I’m not a mom. In this sticker book they added more clear icons, which I prefer over the paper stickers.

My personal preference is to have clear stickers for icons and headers, even quotes. I prefer paper stickers for all types of boxes – full, half, quarter, you name it. I’m excited to incorporate this into my planner spreads, especially the neutral icons.

Next up is the Empowering Woman sticker book. I like to describe this as decorative, functional planning. I love every bit of this sticker book – cover to cover. From the quotes, boxes, and decorative touches, it’s my favorite sticker book by far out of all the ones that I own.

The quote stickers from Happy Planner are always great. I love with this sticker book that they added different elements which give more dimension to the standard design. Whether it’s paint splatter or just colorful boxes and a sweet font – the quote pages are spot on. They book has both clear and paper options.

Making the Most Out of Your Stickers

Decorative planning can also be functional, but don’t let stickers distract you from the purpose of what planning is. Happy Planner offers a variety of stickers (no this post isn’t sponsored) that will work in any planner.

In making the most out of mine, I don’t just use a sticker for what it should be used for.  If it’s a box that has a different heading on it, I’ll cover it up with another sticker, washi tape, or simply cut it off.

Decorative elements are great to add little touches, but they don’t have to fill up your pages. As a daily planner versus only using a weekly spread (as I did in the past), stickers are the perfect way for me to transform my blank pages. While some days I use just pen and paper, often times I use stickers to add a bit more structure.
