Christmas Craft Stash

December 3rd already? It’s really no shock that December is going to fly back just like the rest of the year and it’ll be 2019 before we know it. Well here we are, day 3 of blogmas. If you need to catch up, feel free to click here. As for today’s post, I wanted to share my Christmas craft stash. Not only will I be using these goodies in my planner, but I have other projects in mind as well.

For the past few years, I’ve been scouring stores to hunt down Christmas clearance items. I’m no stranger to sharing my clearance items of any sort as I love a great bargain. Why not share so you guys can rack up to? Well, that’s my logic anyway. From the items I’ve accumulated I’ve been to Five Below, Target, Hobby Lobby, and Michaels. As for where I’ve found the most, Target for sure. One year I even lucked up getting Christmas stuff half off at Dollar Tree. 50 cents an item? Yes please!

Although I love the thrill of bargain shopping, I have intent when making my purchases. For instance, I love racking up on gift tags. There’s a variety of ways that I can use them. Obviously, I can put them on gifts, but I never do. I use them in my planner as a backdrop for another sticker or just an additional decorative touch. Quote stickers are perfect for layering on top. I have gift tags in all shapes and sizes.

Stickers on stickers on stickers! Anytime I can score a deal on stickers, guilty, I buy them. I love the transfers that Target puts out every year and these are great to put on the pages of my planner. They’ll adhere to any kind of paper, but when I’m working on my December daily’s, I prefer a bit of texture. This is not only layering gift tags but larger stickers, cards, etc. 3D stickers in particular are a great option for lavish bookmarks for your planner.
