Fall Memory Keeping | Plum Paper Planner

Welcome to another post here on the blog and this is officially my last FALL post of the year. Let the Christmas overload begin! In this post I wanted to share some pages from November in my Plum Paper planner since I really didn’t share any planning in my Happy Planner. I’ll be using my Plum Paper for play planning, mock spreads, memory keeping, whatever you want to call it. I have a review coming soon, plus all the planners I’ll be using in 2017. Stay tuned for that. In the meantime, you can check out my Planning for 2017 series HERE.

My Happy Planner is my main planner, but sometimes it’s nice to just pull out my . Enter my Plum Paper Planner. I didn’t really post any Plan With Me’s for November in my Happy Planner (except for Thanksgiving) so why not rewind and share how I decorated my Plum Paper.

My monthly view is used to highlight. I saw MandyDreams on YouTube do it and Β a few others on Instagram. As this is not my everyday functional planner, it’s a great use of the space. I like to pre-decorate it then fill in. I don’t fill in often. It’s more so fill in when I’m decorating and then at the end of the month fill in the rest. I would like to try out some fancy handwriting. That’s on my to do list for 2017.

For the other 3 weeks, I just pulled out whatever fall related stickers I had. Then I remembered I had these football stickers from Hobby Lobby so why not create another football spread. I’m a football fanatic and I love these stickers.

Moving on to the last two spreads I just used a $1 sticker book that I got from AC Moore. I love the lines in the Plum Paper Planner and the lines give me more structure and I play around more in this planner than I would in my Happy Planner. As crazy as it may sound since it’s just pen, paper, and stickers, I take a lot more risks in this planner. My Happy Planner is meant to be pretty.

For Thanksgiving week, I wanted to use some of the gold foil leaves that I believe I purchased from Target last year. I wanted to use them in the entire spread, but they were so huge that I just filled in with washi instead and accented with them here and there.

Overall, I love how all the spreads turned out. Again, for my monthly I definitely want to work on spicing u my handwriting. For all the stickers that I have, they sure to get used in me memory keeping.
