Cheers to another productive week and another plan with me here on the blog. It’s about to get real planner crazy here on Chaotic Critic thanks to the upcoming holiday season. In this Plan With Me I wanted to share my planner spread for TV premiere week as a no Etsy sticker challenge.

For those that are new to the planner world or if you’re a planner and are unfamiliar with planner challenges, the ‘no Etsy sticker challenge’ is planning in your planner with you guessed it, no Etsy stickers. I’ve been using printables throughout the month of September, but for this spread I decided to keep it planner beginner friendly by just sticking to the printable and stickers in my stash.
You can find a lot of free printables online, which I discussed more here, but when I have a specific theme in mind I like to create my own. Last week I created a Steelers themed spread and this week I grabbed some quotes from my favorite TV shows to be the focal point of the spread.
When creating the full boxes I grabbed the image and just dragged it to Pages on my computer. If you don’t have pages you can use Word. The dimensions I used for my Happy Planner were 1.9 x 1.5 which completely fills the box. I chose quotes from How to Get Away With Murder, Grey’s Anatomy, Hawaii Five-00, and two from NCIS. I also made smaller images of other shows using PicMonkey and then dragging those to Pages. I printed my stickers on glossy paper, but I’ve previously printed stickers on sticker paper.
Being that I had a lot of TV stickers that really helped to fill in the space. I work Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, so I block off the top box to mark my work schedule on those days. On the days that I’m not working I leave a . I’ve been thinking about making a more uniform spread as far as work on the top, personal in the middle, and full boxes on the bottom, but I might try that out when I use an actual planner kit.
The stickers I used were all from the Happy Planner sticker books. The washi was from Michaels and a planner swap. I haven’t used my Michaels stickers in quite some time simply because of my Etsy stash, but I definitely still want to purchase their value packs which I know I’ll get a lot of use out of.
For my side bar I added a full box at the top, a list for my blog posts for the week, and the remaining TV show stickers I had created to dil the space. I typically put a running to do list in the sidebar, but that wasn’t needed this week. Not that I would’ve had the space to add it.
Planner Tip: When creating DIY planner stickers, try to make them as slim as possible. In Pic Monkey add the picture 5-6 times. Stretch out the box to make it all fit if you need to. Once you download it and add it to Pages/Word it won’t make a difference.
