Planner Goodies Haul

Welcome to another haul here on the blog. I’ve shared a Michaels home decor haul from goodies I scored on MAJOR clearance. I’ve shared a collective haul from my vacation. I also shared an Etsy sticker haul and this haul is about all the planner goodies that I’ve accumulated over the past month.

As always, be sure to click the links throughout the post for related posts and links to purchase items/similar styles featured.

The items in this haul are from: Dollar Tree, Tuesday Morning, AC Moore, Five Below, and the Target One Spot. A lot of what was purchased was for future spreads and DIYs that I plan on sharing here on the blog. A lot of it has already been used and will be noted.

Starting off with Target, I went in to find the washi tapes that they had released for back to school season and I ended up finding all 3: measuring tape, cursive numbers, and cursive letters. I ended up using them in my back to school planner spread and I have plenty to use another time. At Five Below I couldn’t resist the $1 sticky notes that they had. My favorite would definitely be the bacon and eggs which I made into a planner spread along with the donut sticky pad.

Tuesday Morning is really a hit and miss for me. There’s two locations that I know and each one is completely different than the other. I bought a pack of football paper which I can use in my planner, scrapbook, and any other football DIY I can think of. I also found a pack of stickers that were on clearance so I scored those for under $1. The ‘hello’ labels can be used in the ‘This Month Currently’ section of my planner. I could easily cover the ‘hello’ with a sticker or washi.

picmonkey-collage-2I was happy to find the Darice holiday sticker books. I picked up three: ‘Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow,’ ‘Celebrate the Season,’ and ‘Gobble Gobble Turkey Farm.’ As for the scrapbook paper, I love that it’s reversible. I’ll be using it in my sidebar as well as creating a Halloween themed dashboard. Stay tuned for that.

Money Saving Planner Tip: If you have planner friends, split the costs of stickers. The $1 sticker books (Darice/Creatology) have 2 sets of each sheet. Buy one, have them buy the other and split it.

I’m thinking of an emoji theme, but I’m not sure how that will fit in with all the other holiday themes I have planned.

Looking at Dollar Tree planners, now is the time to buy them for 2017. I bought a calendar for my bedroom and a monthly planner to schedule my blog posts and videos for 2017. I prefer yearly planners opposed to student planners. That style doesn’t work for me anymore. I’m currently using a student planner for my blog since that’s what they had on and at Dollar Tree, but I can’t wait to start mapping out 2017 content.

I couldn’t resist the dry erase storage that was recently released. I bought green although red and blue were options. Green just happened to work better with my office and fit perfectly on the shelves of my desk. One is for camera equipment and the other for my printer ink and miscellaneous chargers.
