Plan With Me | June 20th-26th

Welcome to another, yet delayed, plan with me. This spread was meant to be a grad theme for my brothers high school graduation. Yeah, that didn’t happen. See my semi-planner fail come to lifeΒ in this one. As always be sure to click the links throughout this post for related posts and links to stickers/washi featured.

I began this spread with my little brothers high school graduation in mind. I’ll be doing a full out grad spread when I graduate in August. Cheers to those pursuing higher education! I didn’t have any “class of 2016” or grad cap washi tape. I had to work with what I had on hand which was a few Owl stickers, some left over grad stickers from my 2013 grad announcements, and some maroon/gold washi tape. That was all I had and I was really wondering how I was going to put the spread together.

My brothers graduation was on Tuesday so I created a banner of sorts to mark his birthday. The owl and the diploma are from a Darice sticker book and the Congratulations banner are from a Hobby Lobby sticker sheet. Again, I spaced out my daily to do’s. I used the dots from Dollar Tree, but be warned that if you press on them they will stain your page. I love that so many come in the pack, but they cannot be moved around.

Orange and touches of blue here and there ended up working with this spread.Β My sidebar wasn’t used much at all since I did not even use the To-Do list. Be sure to watch the video to see what changes I made for the latter half of the week. Quick planner tip, when you don’t have full boxes or half boxes, you can use washi to fill the space. Be careful when layering stickers as they might not adhere to the washi as well.

I’ll have to redeem myself for this supposed graduation theme spread that I had in mind when I do my real one in August to celebrate finishing grad school.
