Etsy Sticker Storage + Organization

I have officially found sticker peace when it comes to organizing my Etsy stickers. I have shared my sticker organization in two previous posts, but I could not be happier with this updated system.

I have seen a lot of people on YouTube and Instagram using this multicolored accordion folder from The Container Store, yet I never made the purchase. It’s not that it’s expensive, I’ll get to price points in a second, it’s just that I never bought it. I had a smaller accordion folder that I once used and then the infamous hot pink one from Target for just $1.

While there’s nothing wrong with either of those systems, I ditched the accordion style and moved all my Etsy stickers to a large binder. I use mini binders (both purchased from Target) to store other stickers from Michaels, Hobby Lobby, AC Moore, etc. My Etsy stickers have always had a home of their own.

I quickly got tired of the sticker binder and I started to search on Instagram to see how people stored their stickers. Then, there it was, the Darice Spectrafile. It was identical to the one from the Container Store and it was even a few dollars cheaper. Let’s get to the price points:

Clearly there is not much of a difference, but it comes down to accessibility. The Container Store accordion file, as noted, is on back order on the site but the Darice Spectrafile is readily available on Amazon.

I had been using the accordion file from Target and although it was working, I needed something a little bigger. My 13 sections are labelled as follows:

  • Headers
  • Lists (checklists + checklist page flags)
  • Banners
  • Travel (Gas stickers, cars)
  • Icons
  • Cleaning
  • Money
  • Flags
  • Samplers
  • Boxes
  • Extras (anything left over from samplers)
  • Kits

I could not be happier with the set up. I have stickers coming in and they will have a proper home and I can take this with me on the go. Compared to the binder that I had moved my stickers into, I hated it. It wasn’t what I expected and I was having more difficulty getting my stickers off the page or I wasn’t using them at all.

Storage systems are supposed to make life easier, not add extra work. I was STRUGGLING to get the stickers off the page and I one I needed another update. It’s ok to try different systems until one works for you. I’ve officially found Etsy sticker organization peace!
